This article highlights the growing phenomenon of virtualization of the workforce. I started working from home about a year ago and have interacted with many more professional who are doing the same. We all believe that we are much more productive, spend more hours working, enjoy what we do more, are more creative, and have a more balanced life. This phenomenon will continue to grow.
